Attaching Position of Actuator

【M-1】Assembling the Actuator (Transducer)
Assembling.Instruction
1. Attach actuator cushion ④ on actuator ③ .
＊.Observe.the.attaching.position.shown.in.the.drawing.upper.right..
2. Insert one serrated flange hex lock nut ⑥ into hexagon head bolt ⑤ .
3. First insert actuator support ① and plain washer ⑦ on the above mentioned hexagon head bolt, then
insert actuator nut ② on it.
4. Additionaly insert one serrated flange hex lock nut ⑥ .(Pay attention to the direction of nut. See the
drawing below)
5. After that, insert actuator ③ on it, then tighten nut ⑥ firmly.
6. Turn the actuator nut ② for adjusting until its postion becomes as shown in the drawing lower right,
then tighten nut ⑥ firmly.
