Follow instructions in the operating manual
➤ Read and understand the operating manual before working on the ma‐
chine.
➤ Do not attempt tasks other than those described in this manual.

Isolate the power supply isolating device from all power phases.
➤ Before starting any work on the machine, isolate it from the mains supply
and the compressed air network and make sure it is fully vented (depres‐
surized).
Check the air filter.
➤ Check the air filter at regular intervals and clean or renew as necessary.

Fatal injury caused by components under pressure!
Prior to transportation or any work at the machine:
➤ Disconnect the machine from the energy supply.
➤ Isolate the compressor from the air system.
➤ Vent (depressurise) the machine completely.
➤ Check for zero pressure.

3.8 Emergencies
3.8.1 Correct actions in the event of a fire
Suitable measures
Calm and prudent action can safe lives in the event of a fire.
➤ Keep calm.
➤ Report fire.
➤ Shut off supply lines if possible.
Power supply isolating device (all phases)
➤ Warn and move endangered persons to safety.
➤ Help incapacitated persons.
➤ Close the doors.
➤ When trained accordingly: Attempt to extinguish the fire.

➤ Suitable extinguishing media:
Foam
Carbon dioxide
Sand or soil
➤ Avoid unsuitable extinguishing media:
Strong jet of water
