WARNING
TRAMPOLINE SAFETY INFORMATION
Need for Trampoline Safety
In trampoline use, as with all active recreational sports, participants can be injured. There are steps you can take to reduce the
risk of injury. In this section (continued on the next page), the primary accident patterns have been identified and the responsi-
bilities of the supervisors and the jumpers in accident prevention are described.
Do not land on head or neck.
Paralysis or death can result,
even if you land in the middle
of the trampoline mat (bed).
To reduce the chance of
landing on your head or neck,
do not do somersaults (flips).
Only one person at a time on
the trampoline. Not recom-
mended for use by children
under 6 years of age.
Multiple jumpers increase the
chances of loss of control,
collision, and falling
off.
This can result in broken
head, neck, back, or leg.
