Error code Description Solution
-33 The line of the high temperature
protection sensor has short circuited
or been interrupted.
•
Contact technical service.
-38 The setpoint value is set to external
temperature sensor, but no signal is
available.
•
Check whether an external
temperature sensor is connected or
whether the electrical connection is
interrupted.
•
If necessary Adjust the setpoint value.
-40
The early warning system for low
liquid level reports a critical fluid
level.
•
Top up the bath fluid.
-41 The early warning system for high
liquid level reports a critical fluid
level.
•
Drain the bath fluid.
-60 Internal read/write error. •
Switch off the device at the mains
switch, wait 4 seconds and then
switch the device on again.
-61 Communication error between
circulator and connected refrigeration
unit.
•
Check CAN bus cable for damage and
replace if necessary. Switch the device
on again. If the fault has not been
remedied, contact Technical Service.
•
Alternatively: Deactivate the
refrigeration unit. The circulator
operates as a heater thermostat.
-63 Watchdog function has responded. •
Switch off the device at the mains
switch, wait 4 seconds and then
switch the device on again.
-72 Configuration between circulator and
connected refrigeration unit failed. •
Switch off the device at the mains
switch, wait 4 seconds and then
switch the device on again.
-108 Alarm latch is still active. •
Switch off the device at the mains
switch, wait 4 seconds and then
switch the device on again.
-116 Alarm latch is still active. •
Switch off the device at the mains
switch, wait 4 seconds and then
switch the device on again.
-143 The set temperature limit for
overtemperature alarm was exceeded. •
Increase overtemperature alarm
temperature limit or decrease setpoint
temperature.
