Si queda carbón dentro del horno se puede usar

en el servicio siguiente.

If there is charcoal left in the oven it can be used

in the next service.

Al terminar el servicio cerrar el tiro superior del horno y

asegurarse de que el tiro inferior y la puerta estan cerra-

dos. Es recomendable dejar la campana en marcha al me-

nos 15 minutos después de haber cerrado los tiros inferior

y superior

At the end of the service close the upper vent of the oven

and make sure that the lower vent and the door are closed.

It is recommended to leave the hood running 15 minutes

after the close of the upper and lower vents.

Nunca apagar el horno con agua ni liquidos. El

carbón se consume solo.

Do not put out the oven with water or liquids.

Charcoal will be consumed itself.
