This section summarises the most common problems that may arise when using the unit. Before
contacting customer services, carry out the checks listed below.

Check that the switch is in position “I”.
Check that the plug is connected to the
mains power socket.

Check that the lid is fitted properly and
locked into place.
Make sure that the fuses next to the
socket in the relevant door are not blown.
If necessary, contact your local retailer.
No sizzling noise comes from inside the

• The power cable is damaged or worn.
• The plug is damaged or worn.
• Water or liquid has been poured onto the device.
• In the event that there is a malfunction despite all the installation procedures have been carried
out properly.
