MAINTENANCE ON LINEAR MOTOR STATORS
The stators in the linear motors create a magnetic field that attracts metal parts and welding residues, so
it is very important that they are always clean and free from any attached particles that could compromise
their correct operation. The stators are highlighted in green in figures 70 and 71.

Personnel fitted with pacemakers should remain at a safe distance from the stators since they may cause
such devices to malfunction, which could be fatal to the wearer.
MAINTENANCE ON HEAD ROTATION SYSTEM
To guarantee the system moves smoothly and precisely, introduce a few drops of the same oil used for the
linear guides in the slot of the head rotation system, highlighted in red in figure 72. Do not use excessive
lubricant because it could create clots of dirt, preventing the head rotation system from operating correctly.
