Using the System

Click New to add a new phone book entry as follows.
Input the name and telephone number to create an entry of phone book.
If you want to create a group to be used later, click Phone Book Group -> New and
the following will appear.
Input the group ID and Group name to create a phone book group. Then click Phone
Book Group -> Detail and select the extension into the group as follows.
