The program NSS consists of several panels described in 

Figure 19

. The present manual 

only covers the essential functionalities of the modes “Electron Imaging”, “Spectrum”, “Point 
& Shoot”, or “Spectral Imaging” (= hyperspectral maps). For more details, ask for assistance.
