Service
The display shows the "SERVICE" message to indicate that a certain total mileage (5,000 km) and/
or a certain number of battery charge cycles (100 cycles) has been reached, allowing the user to
assess whether the product requires maintenance.
This function can be deactivated/activated via the settings menu (Display Setting), as described in
the specific section of the manual.
Settings menu and parameter configuration (Display Setting)
After switching on the display, simultaneously press the + and - keys to access the settings menu.
Briefly press the On/Off key to confirm the selected option; select “Exit” to exit the settings menu
and go back to the main menu.
By selecting the “Display Setting” option, it will be possible to access the system parameter
configuration menu, to customise the following functions:
Trip Reset / Unit / Brightness / Auto Off / Service
Selecting the
Trip Reset
option, press the + and/or – key to set the activation (YES) or deactivation
(NO) status of the function for automatically resetting the data relating to the partial distance
travelled when the display is switched off; confirm the selection by briefly pressing the On/Off key.
Selecting the
Unit
option, press the + and/or – key to set the unit of measurement for the speed
and distance data shown on the display: Metric (Km/h and Km) or Imperial (mph and mile);
confirm the selection by briefly pressing the On/Off key.
Selecting the
Brightness
option, press the + and/or – key to set the desired LCD screen brightness
level from the 5 levels available; confirm the selection by briefly pressing the On/Off key.
Selecting the
Auto Off
option, press the + and/or – key to set the duration in minutes programmed
for the automatic switch-off of the display when the product is not used (selectable values from 1
to 9); confirm the selection by briefly pressing the On/Off key. Setting the value OFF will deactivate
the automatic switch-off function and it will only be possible to switch off the display manually.
Selecting the
Service
option, press the + and/or – key to set the activation (YES) or deactivation
(NO) status of the corresponding automatic notification function; confirm the selection by briefly
pressing the On/Off key.
Select “Back” to go back to the previous menu.
