1. Why is my TT800V not powering on?
a. The battery may have run out of charge. Use the JACS wall
charger and charge the tablet uninterrupted for 6-8 hours or a
whole day, plugging directly into a working wall socket.

Whenever I tap the screen or try to scroll it doesn’t work?
a. The tablet may be dirty. Please wipe down to ensure no
interruptions on the touch panel.

4. My TT800V

network, why is that?
a. There may not be a signal from a wireless connection. Check
your wireless network itself to ensure it
