a. Physical damage is not covered by JACS Solutions Standard
Warranty and will have to be sent in for repairs. You will receive
a quote for payment when the repairs have been assessed and

9. I sent my device in for a repair quote, but I think the warranty
expired. Will I have to pay a fee?
a. JACS Solutions charges a $50.00 diagnostic fee for out-of-
warranty tablets. If we are authorized to perform the repair by
the customer, this fee is credited back onto the cost of the repair.
10. I have to ship my TT800V in for repairs, what do I need to do?
