If the female USB port of the tablet is in good condition, use the inline tester to
check the voltage. The readings should be between 4.80V and 5.15V. If the
voltage is not in that range, the tablet power circuit has malfunctioned. You should

If the tablet voltage is between 4.80V and 5.15V, charge the tablet’s battery. Prior
to charging, record the initial battery percentage and starting time, then let the
tablet sleep (not power off) while charging. If the initial battery level is lower than
10% it will take 6-8 hours to charge. The charging rate is about 10
‐
15% per hour.
Please use the JACS charger/power harness at all times when trying to
charge the tablet. This is the only method to achieve the desired charging
speed
. If charging is slower than this rate, there is a power circuit malfunction.
If the tablet powered on but is stuck on the initial booting page, cycling, and/or
turning off, charge the tablet for at least 2 hours with the JACS wall charger (
as
shown on page 13
)
. If this still does not alleviate your problem,
there is an issue
with the tablet’s RAM. In that case, open a ticket at
