Even in case that the CANio 250 shall not generated
heartbeat messages, at the end of it’s initialization it
will transmit a
Bootup
message. The Bootup message
uses this identifier.

These identifiers are reserved for messages to config-
ure the node number and the CAN baudrate.
5.1.13 Steering the state machine of the CANio 250
The internal state machine of the CANio 250 can be steered by a specific
command:
