To meet this humidity specification, conformal coating needs to be done on the boards. By default, iWave boards
doesn’t come with conformal coating. Please contact iWave to support conformal coating.

RoHS Compliance
iWave’s
RZ/G1E SODIMM Carrier Board is designed by using RoHS compliant components and manufactured on lead
free production process.
4.2.3
Electrostatic Discharge
iWave’s
RZ/G1E SODIMM Carrier Board is sensitive to electro static discharge and so high voltages caused by static
electricity could damage some of the devices on board. It is packed with necessary protection while shipping. Do not
open or use the board except at an electrostatic free workstation.
