Start-up and Stop

Starting up procedure
Before applying power, check the specified power supply on the nameplate.
Caution
Never use a power source other than the specified one. This will prevent trouble or damage.

Power supply
When power is supplied, all display elements light up
once. Then, they will go out instantly to make a normal
display. The contents valid before the previous power-
off are displayed.
Note: The contents of the display differ depending
on the selected mode.
• For MAN mode, "WAIT" or stroke rate is displayed.
(The explanation in this section is given on the
assumption that "WAIT" is displayed.)
• For AUTO mode, the pH value is displayed on the PH
model (voltage mV on OR model and conductivity
mS/cm on the CD model). (Upon the initial power-up,
"WAIT" is displayed in MAN mode.)
