When loading the product into the appliance and
unloading it, there is a residual risk of being burnt;
this risk can occur coming into unintentional con-
tact with: hob - cooking cavity - recipients or material
processed.
Whenever you access area called “cooking cavity”,
always remember that the danger of being burnt per-
sists.
Take appropriate measures for personal protection.
Wear protective equipment suitable for the opera-
tions to be performed.
fill the product to be cooked in the specific container
and place it in the cooking cavity (figure 4).
N.B.! We recommend a ratio of:
10l of water for 1kg of pasta.
N.B.! use fine kitchen salt (with pieces smaller than
3 mm). Otherwise dissolve the salt in a recipient
apart.
N.B.! Salt must be added to the cooking cavity when
the water is hot.
As needed, turn the water filling knob to the low flow
position (figure 5 Detail g) to maintain a constant water
level in the cooking cavity.
When the pasta is cooked, remove the container from
the tank and place it in a place prepared beforehand.
