Deactivation
At the end of the work cycle, turn the knobs on the ap-
pliance to “zero”.
N.B.! The appliance must be cleaned regularly and
every incrustation or food deposit removed. See
chapter: “cleaning instructions”.
N.B.! The hob and/or cooking cavity must be empty
when cleaning the appliance.
Wait for the temperature of the cooking cavity to
cool off so that the operator is not burnt.
N.B.! check to make sure the drain piping has no
obstructions.
Open the appliance door and do as follows:
N.B.! check the type of drain present on the
appliance (collected drainage - Open drainage).

Open drainage (Figure 7A)
Position a recipient underneath the drain valve, open
the valve and control filling of the recipient. When
needed, shut the valve, empty the container into the
greywater drainage and repeat the operations until the
cooking cavity is empty.

Open the drain valve and let the water flow out through
the drain piping. Shut the valve when finished.
