MACHINE MAINTENANCE
6 - 07
Extraordinary maintenance and interventions by the manufacturer
Extraordinary maintenance interventions are those performed:
- during exceptional events, such as overhauls;
- stop due to failure of mechanical parts;
- replacement of spare parts (such as burnt motors, broken mechanical parts, etc.).
CAUTION
Extraordinary maintenance must be carried out by trained and authorized tech-
nicians or maintenance technicians.
Obtain the necessary protective equipment to execute all maintenance opera-
tions.
During disassembly and subsequent reassembly of parts, always ensure that
the disconnected parts are secured with suitable means in order to avoid them
falling, which may injure the operator or damage the part itself.
With regard to specific extraordinary maintenance interventions on machines
forming part of the line in question, refer to the relative operating and mainte-
nance manuals attached to this documentation.
