Operation
Once at the wanted height, which can be automatically determined through the
pallet reading photocell (Fig. 33 and 34) or by directly entering the height in
centimeters in the work program, the carriage lowers after the passing of the time selected for
wrapping at the top and once back at the base the robot stops.
The operator can now cut the film and remove the wrapped load.
The robot waits for the
START
command to perform another cycle.
ONLY UP-CYCLE
It is possible to wrap the load only with
upward movement of the film roll holder
carriage.
In this case the carriage stops in high position.
After having cut the film, the operator presses

to lower the carriage.
CAUTION
TO LOWER THE CARRIAGE TO THE LOW
POSITION, THE DOWN BUTTON
MUST
BE PRESSED 3-4 TIMES AT IMPULSES, SO THAT THE CARRIAGE DOES NOT REACH
AN EXCESSIVE SPEED.
SAFETY DEVICES
After the safety devices intervention, the machine stops and the display indicates
IRREGULAR STOP)
.
After having removed the cause of the stop, press
START
to restart the cycle.
STOP
To stop the robot during the cycle, press any button on the steering handle.
