Preliminary settings from control panel
From the control panel (Fig. 22) it is possible to set the various machine param-
eters.
Insert the key in the panel and turn it to switch
on the machine.
Press
ON/OFF
, for about 2 - 3 secon

indicating the code of the software installed to
control the robot.

for future need in the
case of communica-
tions with the manu-
facturer.
Language change
After the software code disappears, the dis-
play shows the screen to the side.

Program setting
Using the controls it is possible to set the wanted operating param-
eters and store them in 6 different work programs.
The following can be stored for each individual program:

Up and down speed of the film roll holder carriage
●
Number of rotations at the base before the carriage starts lifting (value in seconds)
●
Number of rotations at the top before the carriage starts lowering (value in seconds)
●
Height of product to be wrapped, expressed in cm, in the case of a cycle without the use of
the photocell
●
Number of intermediate reinforcement revolutions at pre-set height without film roll upward
movement (value in seconds)
●
Cycle with upward stop of the film roll carriage
