CHAPTER 2. ATTACHING AND DETACHING MOWER DECK

SMM54F, SSM54F

(In case of attaching SMM54, SSM54F with the
lawn mower already using SCMA)

A. Preparation for center PTO

Detaching the SCMA54, 48 (center discharge
mower deck).

(Refer to the section of SCMA DETACHING OF
THE MOWER DECK)

Disassemble the mower shooter and tube.

(Refer to the COLLECTOR SECTION)

Loosen the nuts and disassemble the cover in front
of the blower.

Loosen the center bolt of the blower, and remove
the blower. After that grease up the spline part of
the shaft for easy operation.

B. UP-STOP connection of center PTO lever

Check both side PTO lever and center PTO lever
are in the OFF position.

Connect the both levers with connecting rod,1.
(Connecting rod is attached as standard.)
