2. Select any temporary or mapped network drives that you would like to remove and click
OK

3.1.4 FTP
For FTP transfers, we recommend installing and using a dedicated FTP application, which can
either be a free application or a shareware program.
1. Using Windows Explorer, type
ftp://
followed by the IP address of your network drive into
the address field. Add the user name and password in front of the IP address with an @
sign in between like this
ftp://demo:[email protected]
.
2. After login, you can access the available folders and transfer your files.
Note
Files cannot be opened directly when using FTP, so you will always have to transfer the files
to your computer first.
