Limited Warranty 

 

Interphase Technologies, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects 
in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. 
 
Any unit that fails during the warranty period will, at Interphase’s option, 
be repaired or replaced at no charge to the customer provided it is returned 
to Interphase, freight prepaid with proof of date of purchase and a 
description of the malfunction.  Repair or replacement during the warranty 
period will not extend the basic warranty period. 
 
This warranty does not apply to an Interphase product that has failed due to 
improper installation, misuse, or accident, nor does it apply to products 
which have been repaired or altered outside the Interphase factory. 
 
Any costs incurred with transducer replacement are specifically excluded 
from this warranty other than the cost of the transducer itself. 
 
This warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages and 
Interphase disclaims any liability for any such damages.  All implied 
warranties, if any, are limited in duration to the above stated one year 
warranty period.  Some states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or 
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore, the above 
limitations may not apply to you.   
 
The completion and return of the enclosed Warranty Registration Card 
is a condition precedent to the warranty coverage. 
 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to 
state and province to province.  This warranty is limited only to the original 
purchaser of the unit.
