6.3 Test Print
6.3:A Outline
This printer incorporates 7 types of test patterns with which the head
installing position, nozzle condition, and internal set values of
involved items can be checked. The test patterns can be printed in
the normal mode or service mode. Indications of patterns on the
control panel and their contents are shown below.
• Only No. 1-3 can be printed in the normal mode.
• For the test printing other than No.1 and 3, the printer automati-
cally adjust the temperature before starting to print so that the
head temperature increases to 32
°
C. If the head temperature
does not reach 32
°
C in 2 minutes, start printing.
