Schedule
Overview
iQue Screener PLUS maintenance involves several procedures that need to be performed regularly. Some of these
procedures can be performed more frequently as needed based on usage and sample types. Working with samples
that are prone to aggregation may require more frequent cleaning and maintenance.
Daily Procedures

Probe and Tubing Clean
Performed daily as part of both instrument startup and shutdown.
Daily QC
Performed daily after startup and before running samples.
Weekly Procedures

Change Probe and Tubing
The recommended interval for a probe and tubing change is every 20 hours.
An automatic warning will display when a probe and tubing change is due.
Detector Long Clean
Performed as part of the end-of-week shutdown procedure.
Monthly and Bi-Monthly Procedures

Fluidics Maintenance
The recommended interval for fluidics maintenance is every 176 hours. An
automatic warning will display when fluidics maintenance is due.
Detector Unclog
Performed once a month as a preventative clean.
