Real-time clock
A real-time clock with an alternative energy source provides system date and time,
which are sustained even in case of a power failure lasting several days.
If the operating unit is separated from power supply for a longer period, it will be
necessary to enter the proper date and time after that. Automatic clock change in
spring and autumn (Daylight Saving Time) is the default setting. It can be changed
on tab
‘
Settings
’
of software CashProtectPro.
Register
The lock master registers PIN codes and code cards at a lock in order to enable users
to open the lock with these codes and identify themselves with the help of cards.
Release time
Via optional PC software, you can define a release time ranging from 1 to 99 minutes
for every lock.
Also, via PC software you can program an
Unlocking (time) delay
for locks, during
which a lock remains closed even after a user has entered code.
With option
‘
Release time
’
selected, a user has to enter his code again after the
unlocking delay has ended and during the time span defined as release time. Only
after this second code input the lock opens.
With option
‘
Release time
’
not selected, the lock opens as soon as the delay ends.
Service
1) Menu of the display of the operating unit for service functions
2) Box in the user matrix of PC software CashProtectPro. If the system manager
marks the box
‘
Service
’
for selected users, these users can export the protocol /
event log via chip card and display / print / save it with this software.
Silent alarm
Only with PIN code input, not with code card. If threatened, users can trigger silent
alarm by entering a special
‘
alarm code
’
when opening a lock. The system performs
in the same way as it does in the case of a
‘
normal
’
opening with the only difference
that additionally a silent alarm signal is sent to the burglar alarm system.
Special days
Caution
Danger of defining special days unintentionally.
Unexpectedly, opening locks is impossible / possible.
Take care not to mark holidays like Easter, which do not take
place at the same date every year, as
‘
annually recurring
’
.
Special days are days on which opening locks is impossible during the whole day
(with all versions). Every attempt at opening a lock on a special day is aborted.
You can define up to 30 special days in a year via optional software.
‘
Special days
’
can be marked as
‘
annually recurring
’
(on the same date).
Before programming
time program
‘
Special days
’
, make sure that time, day of the
week and date are set correctly.

System manager
Bearer of the system manager code, with which the system can be configured. The
system manager cannot open and close locks.
