Setting Up “Pairing”
The manager can set
up “Pairing”

With a system without network, you can set up “pairing” with
“00000000” (8 zeros) as notional serial number TwinIP.
For a possible
update to a system connected to a network, this number must be replaced
by the serial number of the unit TwinIP when setting up "Pairing" again.

real or notional (for systems without network) serial
number of TwinIP and pairing key (16 digits,
definable) available, TwinIP set up correctly, if part of the
system.
Note
Use this menu also to change the pairing key regularly.
The pairing key should be changed regularly, for example
annually, to ensure the highest level of security. The key is
changed by the customer and it should be the same for all
systems involved (TwinLock and TwinIP, for example).
