Fields and Boxes of the User Matrix
The user matrix can be displayed and edited, as the case may be, via PC software.
Caution
Users cannot open locks in case they have not been
authorised sufficiently.
Unmark the boxes / squares for authorisation only after reading
this manual and, if required, after having consulted an expert on
system.
Mark further boxes, if required, like “Card”, for example.

In order to be able to open locks, for example, a user has to be authorised to do so.
Users and lock masters (= user 00) can be authorised to open locks by the system
manager, who cannot open locks himself.
Note
In addition to authorizing users individually, the system manager
can define two groups of users (‘CIT’ on page ‘Settings
/Code
’ of
the PC software) and set conditions for opening for the groups.
See section ‘Operation with “User groups” Selected’ further on in
this chapter.

Boxes can be marked / unmarked individually for users.

User
Consecutive user number, not to be edited.
Ex works, the user is identified with this number.

Name
Field for user name;
Name entered here will be used in the protocol.
PIN code
Enable entering PIN code
Card
Enable inserting a code card

Caution
With systems with a burglar alarm system (BAS), users can
open locks only in case the box ‘Disarm’
is marked for them.

for users supposed to open locks.
This also applies to the lock master.
Disarm
Enable disarming an optional burglar alarm system (not available
with TwinLock B600 CashProtect).
