4. Open the handles, and remove the compute node.

4.6 Remove the IO Module

WARNING:

 

To reduce the risk of personal injury from hot surfaces, allow the drives and the 

internal system components to cool before touching them.

1. 

Power down the server.

2. 

Extend the server from the rack.

3. 

Remove the five fixing screws.

4.

 Open the handles, and pull the IO module outwards to disengage it from the chassis.
