7.3.3. Oscilloscope Test Settings Dialog Box
This dialog box allows the user to set and run Oscilloscope Test. A suite of tabs are provided on top of
the window;
Output Voltage
,
Output Current
,
Output Timing
and
Output driver
. The following
subsections describe details of these tabs.
7.3.3.1. Output Voltage Tab
A GUI window of Output Voltage Test is shown in Figure 7-23.
This tab is used to measure signal levels of output voltage.

Steps:
1. Enter an appropriate SD side block address in the
“
Block Address
”
by hexadecimal.
2. Enter an appropriate block size in the
“
Block Count
”
by hexadecimal.
3. Enter an appropriate value in the
“
Loop Count
”
(number of test trials) by hexadecimal.
4. Select
“
VDD
”
.
5. Select a slot.
6. Select a data pattern.(refer to section 7.2.3.5)
7. Click the
Run
button to start the Output Voltage check.
When these operations are running, the status monitoring and the process bar will become
active.

Stop
button.
