7.2.3.9. AutoTest Results 

When  AutoTest  is  completed,  a  database  file  and  a  test  result  summary  are  output  in  the  HTML 

format in the directory specified in the 

Settings

 dialog box. 

As  shown  in  Figure  7-20,  each  HTML  file  displays  summary  information  on  VIH  and  VDD  and 

pass/fail  results  in  combination  with  VIH  and  VDD.  When  all  the  tests  in  the  condition  of 

corresponding is PASS regardless of the range of Spec provided for by SDA,
