Port Status Web Page

The Port Status web page displays interface details, such as speed, duplex mode, flow control, 
priority and security for each port. A typical Port Status display is shown below. Status information 
is described below. Values displayed under

 Config 

columns are the values configured by the 

user; values displayed under

 Actual 

columns are derived from negotiation with the 

corresponding partner of a port.

State

Port state information is displayed under two columns: Config and Actual. Configured and actual 
port state information are displayed as 

On

 or 

Off

Link Status

Link status information is displayed as 

Up

Down

. If the link is established between with peering 

port, the link status information is displayed as 

Up

. Otherwise, it is displayed as

.

Auto Negotiation

Displays one of the following three auto-negotiation mode values:
