Staff mailbox reset
This option allows you to customize how staff mailbox resets are handled. To use
this option, click the
Do
button of the Elite main screen and then select
Configure
System
. In the next screen, click the name of the tenant you want to edit in the
system tree (for example,
Tenant 1
). Next, double-click the
Staff Mailbox Reset
icon, as shown at left.
The following window appears.
When a staff mailbox is reset, its options will be changed based on the settings in
this window. For each setting, select what should be done during a full reset
operation: Disable, Enable, or Don’t Change. Click
OK
when you finish.
