VoIP Trunks

Click the button of <Batch Config> to create VoIP Trunk line numbers.

Modifying a VoIP Trunk Line Number

Go to the page of Telephony

Click on any particular record, and the edit box to enter this particular VoIP trunk line values is
displayed at the bottom of the page.
Field Name
Description
User ID
The SIP User ID. The E.164 phone number, DID (incoming) & DOD (outgoing)
assigned by Service provider.
Display Name
The SIP Display Name. Individual user or Auto Attendant name
Auth ID
The SIP Authentication ID, associated with Service Provider
Password
The SIP Authentication Password associated to the Auth ID.
Profile
SIP Proxy Server (at Service Provider site) registration profile setting
Direction
Assigning number for Inbound and/or Outbound
Private Line
Either assigning this particular number to an individual as DID or assigning
the ‘none’ value opening for Auto Attendant routing profiles.
