View & Share

A variety of file types can be presented, saved and shared from the View & Share folder.

Supported File Types

File Extensions

PowerPoint

.ppt, .pptx, .pps, .ppsx, .ppsm

.xls, .xlsx

.jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .bmp, .png, .jpe, .ico

From the Home page, tap View & Share

Icon

View & Share tool

Description

List

toggles between a list view and a thumbnail view.

Refresh

refreshes the View & Share folder. This is helpful when files have been sent to the Mon-

dopad device via email.

Sort

allows the files and folders to be sorted by name, date modified or type.

Lock Folder

locks folders which have been copied to or created on the Mondopad device.

Forgot PIN

sends the Folder Security PIN Code of emailed folders back to the original email ad-

dress.

Delete

deletes selected files and folders.
