CONNECTION TESTS
Use this section to test the connection to ITNet.
Check Latency Time
This test will measure the time it takes for your game to
communicate with ITNet. If successful, the delay time in
seconds will be displayed.
Force Call to ITNet
This test will initiate a connection with the ITNet system and
give a result status.

Select this to return to the
ITNet Settings
menu.
RE-ACTIVATE MODEM
Reactivating the modem is necessary if the service supporting
online play becomes disabled for some reason, usually due to
inactivity.
Not all modems will qualify for reactivation.
Contact IT Tech Support at 800-262-0323 x121 to see if your
modem qualifies for reactivation. If your modem qualifies, then
it can be reactivated with a player card or
any
credit card with a
magnetic stripe.
Follow these steps to reactivate the modem after inserting the card:
1. Open the coin door and press the Test button to access the System Setup software menus.
2. From the
Main Menu
, use the trackball to highlight
ITNet Settings
and press the Start button.
3. From The ITNet Settings menu, select
Re-Activate Modem
and press the Start button
4. The screen will display a progress bar while the modem is reactivated. Please be patient, the process takes
between five and thirty minutes
5. Once the modem has been successfully activated, the game will automatically reboot. Watch for the
“Connected to ITNet” message to appear on the yellow information screen.
Once the game successfully restarts, the reactivation process is complete. Contact Tech Support at the number
above if you experience any problems during this procedure.
