Presiune instalaţie insuficientă.

 Nu se relevă o 

presiune a apei în interiorul circuitului de încălzire 
(cod 10) suficientă pentru a garanta funcţionarea 
corectă a centralei. Verificaţi ca presiunea instalaţiei 
să fie cuprinsă între 1÷1,2 bari.

Flacără parazită.

 Se produce în caz de dispersiune 

a circuitului de indicare sau anomalie în controlul 
flăcării (cod 20); încercaţi să resetaţi centrala; dacă 
anomalia persistă e necesar să chemaţi un tehnician 
abilitat (de exemplu Serviciul Asistenţă Tehnică 
Immergas).

Circulare insuficientă apă. 

Se produce în cazul în 

care există o încălzire a centralei datorită circulaţiei 
de apă în circuitul primar (cod 27); cauzele pot fi:

-  circulaţie redusă instalaţie; verificaţi să nu fie 

vreo interceptare pe circuitul de încălzire închisă 
şi ca instalaţia să fie absolut fără aer (aerisită);

-  circulator blocat; trebuie deblocat circulatorul.

Dacă fenomenul se produce frecvent chemaţi un 
tehnician abilitat (de exemplu Serviciul Asistenţă 
Tehnică Immergas).

Trefilă circuit sanitar.

 Dacă în timpul funcţionării 

în fază de încălzire se produce o creştere a tempera-
turii apei menajere centrala semnalează anomalia 
(cod 28) şi reduce temperatura încălzirii pentru a 
limita formarea de calcar în schimbător.
Controlaţi ca toate robinetele instalaţiei menajere 
să fie închise sau să nu trefileze, şi oricum verificaţi 
să nu fie pierderi în instalaţie. Centrala revine la 
funcţionare normală o dată refăcute condiţiile 
optime privind instalaţia sanitară. Dacă anoma-
lia persistă e necesar să chemaţi un tehnician 
abilitat (de exemplu Serviciul Asistenţă Tehnică 
Immergas).

Pierdere de comunicare cu Comanda de la 
Distanţă Digitală.

 Se produce după 1 minut de 

cădere a comunicării între centrală şi CRD (cod 
31). Pentru a reseta codul de eroare, scoateţi şi redaţi 
tensiunea centralei. Dacă fenomenul se produce 
frecvent chemaţi un tehnician abilitat (de exemplu 
Serviciul Asistenţă Tehnică Immergas).

Oprirea centralei.

 Apăsaţi butonul (2 Fig. 2-1) (

)

până când pe display nu apare simbolul (

).

N.B.:

 în aceste condiţii centrala trebuie să se con-

sidere încă în tensiune.

Atenţie:

 dacă se pune centrala în stand-by “

sul CRD va apărea codul de eroare “31E”. Comanda 
de la distanţă se menţine oricum alimentată fără a 
pierde astfel programele memorate.

Decuplaţi întrerupătorul omnipolar de la exte-
riorul centralei şi închideţi robinetul cu gaz în 
partea superioară a aparatului. Nu lăsaţi centrala 
inutil activată când aceasta nu e utilizată pentru 
perioade lungi.

2.6 RESTABILIRE PRESIUNE INSTALAŢIE 

ÎNCĂLZIRE.

Controlaţi periodic presiunea apei în instalaţie. 
Indicatorul manomentrului centralei trebuie să 
indice o valoare cuprinsă între 1 şi 1,2 bar.

Dacă presiunea este sub valoarea de 1 bar (cu 
instalaţia rece) e necesar să restabiliţi presiunea prin 
robinetul de alimentare aşezat în partea inferioară a 
centralei (Fig. 2-2).

N.B.:

 închideţi robinetul de alimentare după 

operaţiune. Dacă presiunea atinge valori apropiate 
de 3 bar există riscul de intervenţie a supapei de 
siguranţă.
În acel caz solicitaţi intervenţia personalului 
calificat.

Dacă se produc căderi de presiune frecvente, 
solicitaţi intervenţia personalului profesional 
calificat, pentru eliminarea eventualei pierderi 
din instalaţie.

Insufficient system pressure. 

Water pressure 

inside the heating system (code 10), sufficient to 
guarantee the correct functioning of the boiler, 
is not detected. Check that the system pressure is 
between 1÷1.2 bar.

Parasite flame. 

This occurs in case of a leak on 

the detection circuit or anomaly in the flame 
control unit.(code 20), try to reset the boiler. If the 
anomaly continues contact a qualified technician 
(e.g. Immergas After-Sales Technical Assistance 
Service).

Insufficient water circulation. 

This occurs if there 

is overheating in the boiler due to insufficient water 
circulating in the primary circuit (code 27); the 
causes can be:

closed on the heating circuit and that the system 
is free of air (deaerated);

-  circulating pump blocked; free the circulating 

pump.

If this phenomenon occurs frequently, contact a 
qualified technician for assistance (e.g. Immergas 
After-Sales Technical Assistance Service).

Domestic hot water extruder circuit. 

If during 

the heating phase, a rise in domestic hot water 
temperature occurs, an anomaly is signalled (code 
28) and heating temperature is reduced to limit the 
formation of limescale in the heat exchanger.
Check that all domestic hot water system cocks 
are closed and are not drawing and check also 
that there are no leaks in the system. Once good 
conditions are restored in the domestic hot water 
system, the boiler returns to normal functioning. If 
this anomaly persists, contact a qualified technician 
for assistance (e.g. Immergas After-Sales Technical 
Assistance Service).

Loss of Digital Remote Control communication. 

This occurs 1 minute after communication loss 
between the boiler and the CRD (code 31). To 
reset the error code, remove and re-apply voltage 
to the boiler. If this phenomenon occurs frequently, 
contact a qualified technician for assistance (e.g. 
Immergas After-sales Service).

Boiler shutdown Press key

the following symbol appears (

N.B.:

 in these conditions the boiler is considered 

still live.

Important:

 if the boiler is in stand-by “

” code 

error “31E” will be displayed on the RCD. The 
remote control is powered constantly so as not to 
loose the memorised programs.

Disconnect the external omnipolar boiler switch 
and close the gas cock upstream of the appliance. 
Never leave the boiler switched on if left unused for 
prolonged periods.

2.6 RESTORE HEATING SYSTEM PRESSURE.

Periodically check the system water pressure. 
The boiler pressure gauge should read a pressure 
between 1 and 1.2 bar.

If the pressure is below 1 bar (with the circuit cool) 
restore normal pressure via the cock located in the 
lower part of the boiler (Fig. 2-2).

N.B.:

 close the cock after the operation. If pressure 

values reach around 3 bar the safety valve may be 
activated.
In this case contact a professional technician for 
assistance.

In the event of frequent pressure drops, contact

system leakage.

Nedostatočný tlak zariadení. 

K tejto poruche 

dochádza v prípade, že sa zistí, že tlak vody vo 
vykurovacím okruhu (kód 10) nie je dostatočný pre 
správny chod kotla.  Skontrolujte na manometri, či 
je tlak v systéme 1÷1,2 bar.

Parazitný plameň. 

K tejto chybe dochádza 

v prípade rozptylu detekčného okruhu alebo 
poruchy pri kontrole plameňa (kód 20); skúste kotol 
resetovať a ak porucha pretrvá, je treba privolať 
kvalifikovaného technika (napríklad z oddelenia 
technickej pomoci spoločnosti Immergas).

Nedostatočná cirkulácia vody. 

Nastane v prípade, 

že došlo k prehriatiu kotla z dôvodu nedostatočnej 
cirkulácie vody v primárnom okruhu (kód 27); 
príčiny môžu byť nasledujúce:

-  nedostatočná cirkulácia v systéme; skontrolujte, 

či nedošlo k zabráneniu cirkulácie vo 
vykurovacom okruhu, a či je zariadenie dokonale 
odvzdušnené;

-  zablokované obehové čerpadlo, je potreba 

čerpadlo odblokovať.

Ak sa tento jav opakuje často, obráťte sa na 
kvalifikovaného technika (napr. zo servisného 
oddelenia Immergas).

Prepúšťanie úžitkového okruhu. 

Ak v priebehu 

fázy ohrevu dojde k zvýšeniu teploty úžitkovej vody, 
bude kotol signalizovať poruchu (kód 28) a zníži
teplotu ohrevu, aby obmedzil tvorbu vodného 
kameňa vo výmenníku.
Skontrolujte, či sú všetky kohúty úžitkového okruhu 
uzavreté a neprepúšťajú. Zároveň skontrolujte, či 
v systému nedochádza k únikom. Kotol sa vráti 
k bežnej prevádzke po obnovení optimálnych 
podmienok v úžitkovom systéme. Ak táto porucha 
pretrvá, obráťte sa na kvalifikovaného technika 
(napr. zo servisného oddelenia Immergas).

Strata komunikácie s diaľkovým ovládačom 
CRD. 

K tejto chybe dojde po 1 minúte straty 

komunikácie medzi kotlom a CRD (kód 31). Kód 
chyby zresetujete odpojením a zapojením kotla 
k zdroju napájania. Ak sa tento jav opakuje často, 
obráťte sa na kvalifikovaného technika (napr. zo 
servisného oddelenia Immergas).

Vypnutie (zhasnutie) kotla.

 Stisnite tlačidlo 

(2 Obr. 2-1) (

) dokiaľ sa na displeji neobjaví 

symbol (

).

Poznámka: 

v týchto podmienkach sa má stále zato, 

že je kotol pod napätím.

sa objaví chybový kód „31E“. Diaľkové ovládanie 
ale bude ďalej napájané, takže sa vám uložené 
programy nestratí.

Vypnite multipólový spínač u kotla a zatvorte 
plynový kohút pred kotlom. Nenechávajte kotol 
zbytočne zapojený, ak ho nebudete na dlhšiu dobu 
používať.

2.6 OBNOVENIE TLAKU V TOPNOM

SYSTÉME.

Pravidelne kontrolujte tlak vody v systéme. Ručička 
manometra kotla musí ukazovať hodnotu medzi 
1 a 1,2 bar.

Ak je tlak nižší než 1 bar (za studena), je nutné 
obnoviť tlak pomocou plniaceho kohúta umiestneného 
v spodnej časti kotla (Obr. 2-2).

Poznámka: 

Po dokončení zásahu plniaci kohút 

zatvorte. Ak sa tlak približuje hodnote 3 bar, môže 
sa stať, že zareaguje bezpečnostný ventil.
V takomto prípade požiadajte o pomoc odborne 
vyškoleného pracovníka.

Ak sú poklesy tlaku časté, požiadajte o prehliadku 
systému odborne vyškoleného pracovníka, aby 
ste zabránili jeho prípadnému nenapraviteľnému 
poškodeniu.
