Boiler status / Solution
39
Solar collector probe
anomaly
If the board detects an anomaly on the solar collector probe, the boiler
continues to work regularly without the intake of solar energy for heating
the DHW as the solar pump stops working.
(1).
40
Solar cylinder probe
anomaly
If the board detects an anomaly on the solar storage tank probe, the
boiler continues to work regularly without the intake of solar energy
for heating the DHW as the solar pump stops working.
(1).
41
High temperature on
the solar collector
This occurs when the temperature of the solar collector exceeds the
maximum limit set.
(1).
42
High temperature on
the solar cylinder
This occurs when the temperature of the water in the solar storage tank
exceeds the maximum limit set.
(1).
45
ΔT high
If the board detects a sudden and unexpected rise in ΔT between the
system flow probe and return probe, the boiler limits the burner out-
put to prevent damaging the condensation module; when the correct
ΔT has been restored, the boiler resumes normal operation.
If normal conditions are restored the
boiler restarts without having to be reset
(1) (2).
49
High temperature
block on return probe
This occurs when the heat exchanger return circuit reaches a tempera-
ture that is too high.
Make sure that water circulates properly
in the boiler and that the three-way valve
works properly. Press the Reset button
(1) (2).
63
System return probe
anomaly
The board detects an anomaly on the system return NTC probe.
The boiler continues to operate without
any integration from the external sys-
tems connected (1)
67
Solar system pressure
switch intervention
Due to a pressure drop in the solar circuit, the pressure switch blocks
operation of the thermal solar circuit.
Check on the pressure gauge of the solar
circulation circuit that the pressure is the
correct value (1)
101
Loss of communication
with heat pump
In the event of loss of communication, incorrect connection or heat
pump switched off, the boiler electronics do not detect the heat
pump.
The boiler does not satisfy the room
heating and cooling requests, once the
connections are restored one must switch
the boiler on and off (1).
102
Zone 3 off-line expan-
sion alarm
Communication anomaly with dehumidifier (optional) on zone 3
The system does not dehumidify in the relative zone.
(1).
106
Zone 3 dehumidifier
fault alarm
Anomaly coming from the dehumidifier (optional) on zone 3
The system does not dehumidify in the relative zone.
(1).
108
Zone 3 temperature
probe anomaly
Anomaly on the zone 3 room temperature probe (optional) The dew
point is not calculated for the zone.
(1).
109
Zone 3 humidity probe
anomaly
Anomaly on the zone 3 humidity probe (optional). The dew point is
not calculated for the zone.
(1).
110
Zone 1 or 2 tempera-
ture probe anomaly
Anomaly on the zone 1 or 2 room temperature probe (optional)
depending on the configuration. The dew point is not calculated for
the zone.
(1).
111
Zone 1 or 2 humidity
probe anomaly
Anomaly on the zone 1 or 2 humidity probe (optional) depending on
the configuration. The dew point is not calculated for the zone.
(1).
112
Zone 2 remote control
off-line alarm
Communication with the zone control is not detected.
It is not possible to perform the zone thermal regulation.
Check that the remote control is
switched on (1).
113
Zone 3 remote control
off-line alarm
Communication with the zone control is not detected.
It is not possible to perform the zone thermal regulation.
Check that the remote control is
switched on (1).
(1) If the shutdown or fault persists, contact an authorised company (e.g. Authorised Technical After-Sales Service).
(2) The boiler does not start, the heat pump stays active to satisfy the room heating and cooling requests
(3) The heat pump does not start, the boiler stays active to satisfy the room heating and domestic hot water production requests
