The LASER:EVEnt? query returns the contents of the Laser Event Status register.
Parameters
None. The response is the sum of the following:
Notes
The events in this register will not be reported to the LDC-3926's Status Byte unless they are
selected using the LASER:ENABle:EVEnt command.
The event status register is only cleared when it is read or by the *CLS command; the condition
status, however, is constantly changing.
Examples
LASER:EVE?-response: 131, means that an "Open Circuit Changed State" event (128), a "Voltage
Limit Changed State" event (2), and a "Current Limit Changed State" event (1) have occurred since
the last LASER:EVEnt? query.
The LASER:LDI command sets the laser constant-current setpoint.
Parameters
An <nrf value> which represents the setpoint, in mA.
Notes
The setpoint is the same for both low and high bandwidth output modes.
The setpoint is read using the LASER:SET:LDI? query.
Examples
Laser:LDI 400-action: sets the laser output current to 400.00 mA.
LASER:ldi 100-action: sets the laser output current to 100.00 mA.
The LASER:LDI? query returns the value of the measured Laser current.
Parameters
None. The response is an <nrf value>.
Notes
Response is the measured laser output current, regardless of control mode.
This measurement is updated approximately once every 600 msec.
Examples
LASER:ldi?-response: 30.0, means the measured laser output current is 30.0 mA.
Laser:LDI?-response: 149.6, means the measured laser output current is 149.6 mA.
