USING THE VENTILATED ELECTRICAL OVEN

Use of the electric thermostat (Fig. T)

The thermostat (Fig. T) allows to choose the temper ature of the oven from 50°C to 250°C, turning the knob 

clockwise. The pilot lamp will turn off when the selected tem  pe ra tu re has been reached. It will turn on again 

when the internal tem pe ra tu re of the oven is decreased more than 10°C.

Use of the turnspit (Fig. 8, 9)

Spit the meats to be cooked. Put the spit on the proper  base and insert it on the spit motor.  Place the collector 

plate on the lower shelf, ignite the grill, turn on the spit motor.

To cook with the turnspit the thermostat must be at 7 if con vector, 5 if fan heated, or 180°C. V ariable times 

should be limited to a maximum of 90 minutes.
