Indicates one or more print heads in that task’s daisy chain are not at operating tempera-
ture. Look at the "At Temperature" LED on the back of the individual print heads to identify
which print head is not "at temp."
Indicates the ink supply is OK .
Indicates an Ink Low condition: the CIDS3000 ink delivery system’s reservoir is out of ink.
Indicates an Ink Out condition: one or more print heads in the task’s daisy chain have an
empty ink reservoir. Printing stops.
Indicates the ink waste bottle on the CIDS3000 is less than full, and the ink pump is supply-
ing sufficient ink to the print heads.
Indicates the waste bottle on the CIDS3000 is full and needs to be changed, or the ink
pump has run continuously for more than ten seconds (indicating a possible ink line break)
and has shut down. A look at the waste bottle should determine which fault occurred. Print
head Auto Cleaning System is disabled in either case.
Indicates the task’s interface board has been successfully programmed.
Indicates the task’s interface board did not program properly and that it is not functioning.
