Performing the Update
Take the following steps in order to be prepared for the matrix update:
1. Select
Status & Updates > Update - Matrix Firmware
in the task
area. All updateable components of the matrix will be automatically
selected and highlighted in green.
Menu Status Status & Updates - Update - Matrix Firmware
2. Start the update by pressing the
Update
button in the lower part of
the working area.
3. Restart the Matrix after the update by pressing the
Restart matrix
button in the lower part of the working area.
Update of a 576 Port KVM Matrix
To update a 576 port KVM Matrix, proceed as follows based on the
previous chapter
Performing the Update
:
1. Update the lower part of the KVM matrix by using the lower CPU
board.
2.
Do not
execute a restart of the KVM matrix after the update.
