Fogging:
a.
Let the unit warm up for about 1-2 minutes and when unit runs evenly, start fogging
by opening solution tap (50) according to the diagram on label (6).
b.
No fog is emitted due to the fact that the solenoid valve (240) is still closed. The
valve is opened by pressing the green button (210) on condition that the LED (212)
shows green. Now the accrual fogging operation can start (this does not apply to
TF-W 95 HD without solenoid valve). Adjust fog tube (260) to desired position.
Note:
The LED (212) shows green if unit runs properly, i.e. the pressure in the carburettor system
is sufficient. There is a defect if LED (212) does not light up, please refer to „Trouble
shooting“ and the same applies, if solenoid valve (240) does not open although LED (212)
lights up.
Remark:
Execution TF-W 95 HD has neither solenoid valve (240) nor automatic cut-off device.
Therefore, fog emits immediately after opening solution tap (50).
3.3
Stopping the unit
The unit has - as mentioned above (except of TF-W 95 HD) - two alternatives to stop the
solution output:
a.
solution tap (50)
and
b.
solenoid valve (240).
->
Press the red button (211) to shortly interrupt the fogging operation; solution tap (50)
remains in position „fogging“
->
For a longer period of interruption, turn solution tap (50) to position „ventilate“ and
only if no more fog emerges, turn solution tap to position „closed“. Now close fuel tap
(158). Decompress solution tank (1) by turning decompression screw (59) counter-
clockwise.
Note:
To stop the fogging operation by closing solution tap (50) or fuel tap (158), the solenoid valve
(240) is automatically closed.
3.4
Automatic cut-off device for solution:
(only valid for TF 95 HD and TF-W 95 HD/M)
Purpose of our automatic cut-off device is the instantaneous interruption of the solution flow
in case the unit stops running, e.g. lack of fuel. If solution tap (50) is open and fog tube (260)
is directed upwards, the solution would flow through the solution pipe (55) into the resonator
(266) and combustion chamber respectively due to the pressure still existing in the solution
tank (1) and could ignite, depending on the formulation.
