3. Instruction manual
By all means pay attention to:
1. Wear ear protection when operating unit!
2. Fit all protective devices back to unit after repairs!
3. Do not spill fuel over unit, especially when unit hot!
4. Smoking and open flames are prohibited when handling fuel!
Always observe the regulations concerning safety precautions for the use
of fuel driven equipment!
For fog generators especially pay attention to the following:

do not fog if unit does not run perfectly. Wear protective mask with
combination filter against organic gases and dissolvents. Wear protective
clothing!
"
Do not fog small closed rooms unattended!
"
Do not carry the hot unit in closed vehicles!
"
Close fuel tap (158) and solution tap (50)
before every transportation!
3.1 Readying unit for use
For transportation, fog tube (260) is not in proper position for fogging when unpacked
(picture 3)!
This is not applicable when TF-W 95 HD and -(„M“) are packed together in 1 double
case.
Please proceed as follows:
-
unfasten protective cover (277) from solution pipe (55)
- loosen hollow screw with dosage nozzle (250) from magnetic valve (240)
but do not loose copper gaskets (61).
- reset fog tube (260) by slightly reciprocating until the hole in the fog tube is in
alignment with the threaded hole at the end of the resonator (266)
- screw in fog solution socket (57) by hand only !
- screw in hollow screw with selected flow control nozzle (250) by hand in to solenoid
valve (240) and watch for correct seat of copper gaskets (61)
For tightening counterholde with a second spanner nut on solenoid valve (240) and
hexagon of solution pipe (55) (picture 3)
