If the actual contour is too different from the preset contour so that an assignment between
preset and actual contour is not possible, the following message appears in the display win-
dow: Error: At least one contour not matched.
In this case the actual contour is not shown and the test piece is classified as bad piece.
The indication
indicates the number of error pixels referred to the
maximum permissible number of error pixels.

If you have set an error of 10% for a contour with a length of 100 pixels, a maximum of 10
error pixels outside the contour band are allowed. In case of 5 error pixels the contour match
is 50%, with 10 error pixels it is 0% and with 0 error pixels the match is 100%.
Depending on the evaluation results you can optimise the settings in
,if
required.
