Installing the oval arm (BL33)

Fixing the oval arm requires at least two people, depending on its length!
(+ refer to "safety warnings" chapter!)
•
Remove the three screws (

) and flat washers (

) from the twin arm bracket (

).

Insert the arm tube (

) vertically inside the arm bracket (
12:3
).
•
Fix the flat washers (
12:2
) and screws (
12:1
) again. Tighten the screws (
12:1
) firmly.
•
Lower the arm with the crank (

) up to the horizontal position. Continue turning the crank to make sure
that the mechanism is locked.
•
Check the alignment of the complete barrier with the roadway and adjust if necessary.
•
If no tip support is to be installed, tighten the nuts (

) firmly to lock the barrier on the sealing frame.
