S te p 3:
Connect the keyboard and mouse . Connect the keyboard and mouse to the
appropriate connector. The keyboard and mouse connectors can be
distinguished from each other by looking at the small graphic at the top of the
connector.
4.6.4 S e ria l De vic e Co n n e c tio n
The IMB-C2160 has one DB-9 male connector on the external peripheral interface panel
for serial devices. Follow the steps below to connect serial devices to the IMB-C2160.
S te p 1: Locate the DB-9 connector . The location of the DB-9 connector is shown in
Chapter 3 .
S te p 2: Insert the serial connector . Insert the DB-9 connector of a serial device into
the DB-9 connector on the external peripheral interface. See Figure 4-17 .
