Remote PC Wave connection for maintenance
To operate a maintenance operation (software upgrade, debug log retrieval) it may
asked by IDEMIA support to connect manually on the PC Wave of the MorphoWave
TM
OEM.
There are two solutions to connect to the PC Wave of the MorphoWave
TM
OEM:

To connect VGA cable, keypad and mouse.

To establish a Windows remote session thanks to the internal network
available on reserved ports of the Ethernet switch. This solution will be
detailed below.
The procedure to apply:

Use a laptop running Windows 7 Pro operating system.

Let the MorphoWave
TM
OEM switched ON.

Plug an Ethernet wire on one of the reserved ports of the Ethernet switch.
Connect this cable to the laptop.

On the laptop a static IP address has to be set according steps below :
