Click [Start] (Windows logo) and then click [Control Panel].

In the [Control Panel] window, click [Network and Internet] and then click [Network and Sharing Center].

Click [Change adapter settings].

Right-click [Local Area Connection] (cable LAN station) or [Wireless Network Connection] (wireless
LAN station), and then click [Properties] in the displayed menu list.

If the [User Account Control] message appears, click [Yes] to continue.

In the [Local Area Connection Properties] (for a cable LAN station) or the [Wireless Network Connec-
tion Properties] (for a wireless LAN station) screen, select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4),”
and then click [Properties].
The “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties” screen is displayed.

Select “Use the following IP address” and enter the IP address (example: 192.168.0.100) and the
Subnet mask (example: 255.255.255.0), and then click [OK].

Close the window.

The following procedures describe how to set the a static IP address (example: 192.168.0.100), based on
Microsoft Windows 7.
The AP-90M’s IP address is set to “192.168.0.1,” and the DHCP server to “Disable” as the default.
